Good to know

Your room is ready about 03.00 p.m. If you will arrive later than 6.00 p.m. please make a short call to inform us! On your day of departure, please make sure to clear your room no later than 10.00 a.m.

We only accept reservations which are made in writing contrary. Your reservation is guaranteed after receiving the booking confirmation. For early departures the full room rate for the booked time will be charged. Cancellations will be only accept in writing form also. Cancellation fees or no-show fees will be calculated according to Austrian Hotel regulationsor according to the cancellation conditions, which are noted on your reservation confirmation. (depending on the booked rate).

Payment modalities

We accept credit and debit cards (Mastercard, VISA) for an amount of € 50.00. to fix your reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is to be paid to our bank account. All sorts of packages have to be paid 14 days before arrival to our bank account or in cash before departure. For packages we can't accept credit cards. Thank you for your understanding!

Local tax

We ask all guests, regardless of the arrangement, to pay the local tax of € 2.00 per person per night at the reception before departure!

Dogs are welcome at our hotel! Provided that your dog is house-trained, socially compatible and his/her immunizations and wormings are up-to-date, we would love to welcome you with your pet. Room cleaning fee: € 16.00 per dog and night
